Duration Study Load
- Six terms — each term includes six weeks of study plus two weeks of holidays.
Delivery
- Study the Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication full time at Business College at IH, either at one of our campuses around Australia, including centrally located in Sydney CBD, or online.
- Our online study mode is taught through live lessons with your trainer over video call.
Entry Requirements
Domestic Students must:
1. Be a minimum of 18 years of age
2. Minimum of Year 12 (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent; and
3. Hold BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communications, or
Hold the following units (or equivalent competencies):
- BSBMKG541 Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities
- BSBMKG542 Establish and monitor the marketing mix
- BSBMKG552 Design and develop marketing communication plans
- BSBMKG555 Write persuasive copy; and
- BSBPMG430 Undertake project work; or
- Have 4 years of equivalent work experience
4. Access to a laptop or tablet for home and classroom use
VSL Students
1. Be a minimum of 18 years of age
2. Year 12 (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent; or
3. Certificate IV from any training package; or
4. Complete LLN test to ACSF Level 3 under supervision at IHBC campus; and
5. Hold BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communications, or
6. Access to a laptop or tablet for home and classroom use
International Students must:
1. Be a minimum of 18 years of age
2. Minimum of Year 12 (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent; and
3. Hold BSB42415 Diploma of Marketing and Communications, or
Hold the following units (or equivalent competencies):
- BSBMKG541 Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities
- BSBMKG542 Establish and monitor the marketing mix
- BSBMKG552 Design and develop marketing communication plans
- BSBMKG555 Write persuasive copy; and
- BSBPMG430 Undertake project work; or
- Have 4 years of equivalent work experience
4. Have an IELTS or equal score of 5.5 with no less than 5.0 in any band and
5. Access to a laptop or tablet for home and classroom use

Business College at ih (IH Sydney Training Services) commenced in 1988, offering high-quality English language courses.
In 2016, we shifted our attention to the VET sector, which saw us open our new division in 2017, which saw us commence delivery of Certificate III/ Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses in Business, Leadership and Management, Project Management, Marketing and Communications and Social Media Marketing alongside our World-renowned English language courses.
