What You'll Learn
This course comprises 18 units consisting of 15 core units and 3 elective units, covering skills and knowledge that includes:

- In-classIn class delivery - predominately face to face course content conducted at a specific location

- VirtualVirtual Delivery - Live and interactive classroom-style learning conducted completely online
- There are no specific entry requirements, however, to gain maximum benefit from this training, you will need to be able to speak, read and write fluently in English
- It is recommended that applicants have completed at least a Year 10 secondary school level
- All applicants will be required to undertake a pre-training review, including an evaluation of existing language, literacy and numeracy skills
- Assessment tasks are practical and oriented to the work or placement context for relevance. They consist of a variety of tasks requiring the ability to research, analyse and present your responses in written form, including reports and as practical demonstrations. Feedback on the completion of tasks is given as you progress through the course
- You will also be assessed while on-site completing your placement of minimum 120 hours. Your placement supervisor will also be asked to provide third party reports on your progress and feedback on your overall placement performance
- Included in your fees, you will receive two textbooks in your first sessions and further resources will be supplied by your facilitator as required. These comprehensive resources will support your learning throughout your course and become an excellent point of reference for your future career
