A key skill in learning to become a counsellor is learning to work with people. At IKON, we recognise that the best way to learn to work with people is to learn with people – that includes building up rapport with peers, participating in valuable classroom discussions and simulated counselling sessions and from leveraging the experience of our teaching staff, all of which have current, professional experience in the field of counselling. The course accommodates those currently working with only one day of classroom attendance per week.
