Students already in the workplace and looking for advancement opportunities can take the Recharge your career stream, incorporating Leadership Effectiveness Assessment (LEA), an analysis of your leadership and management from all angles, helping you to determine your strengths and improve your management skills.

Assessment method includes short answer quizzes, case study and scenario question, project based assessment and extended answer.

Online Theory + at least one face-to-face workshop block at a BCA National HUB

There are 12 units to be completed in this business qualification – four (4) core and eight (8) elective units in accordance with the packaging rules.
