Course Overview
CAL’s Certificate IV in Health Administration will give you key administrative and medical terminology skills required to move into more senior administrative or leadership roles within a medical practice. You’ll develop skills in applying the principles of confidentiality, privacy, and security within the medical environment, work health safety and legal requirements, and customer service strategies to provide high-quality care for various customer needs.
As a confident and qualified leader, you’ll be ready to manage customer needs in a healthcare practice across medical and allied health sectors, nurturing workplace relationships to foster a positive work environment with enhanced customer retention. You’ll develop your administrative skills helping to successfully run day-to-day operations and lead a team with confidence.
