"I have recently completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management with McMillan Staff Development. My trainer was Tony and I also received regular communication from the director, Ben. I had a very positive experience. Learning and assessment was blended between an online learning platform and regular personal support from my trainer Tony. The online platform is very well setup, with engaging learner guides and knowledge assessments. The practical performance tasks require you to reflect and refer to workplace practices and procedures while building knowledge and skills in the context of each unit. From this course I found that I acquired new skills and knowledge that I have, and will continue to integrate into my professional practice ongoing.
