You begin your study on this pathway with the Graduate Certificate in Applied AI Leadership, which teaches you the fundamentals of conventional business leadership and the strategy and application of AI and data analytics. Then you progress to the Graduate Diploma to more deeply explore emerging technologies and digital leadership, as well as gain essential business acumen in decision-making, finances, and marketing.
Finally, you progress to the Master of Business Administration (Applied AI Leadership) where you put all your learned skills into practice with an Applied Capstone Project. You also have the opportunity to further specialise your study
with three elective units.

It also enables you to study in the way that best suits your learning needs, whether that means engaging in short sessions throughout the week or allocating a single day of study.
Our course content is deliberately made for online study, rather than adapted from a traditional in class curriculum. We utilise a variety of video, written, and interactive media for your study tasks and the vast majority are shorter than 20 minutes. This makes studying in short sessions very achievable, while also helping you stay focused and engaged during longer periods of study.
Every unit across all AIM Business School higher education programs follow the same uniform 7-week layout where all study tasks and the expected time to complete them is clearly displayed. This helps you organise your schedule and consistently fit study into it. Additionally, with intakes every month, the 7-week schedule means that you can focus your study on a single unit at a time and still complete as many as six units each year so you can graduate faster.
Entry Requirements
The Graduate Certificate in Applied AI Leadership has entry options based on tertiary qualifications and relevant management experience.
Enter with:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant management experience
Diploma or Advanced Diploma and three of years’ management experience
No formal tertiary qualification but five of years’ relevant management experience
In addition, you must:
Meet English Requirements; and
Have access to a computer and internet connection that meet Technology Requirements
Recognition Of Prior Learning
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer
Students who can provide evidence of previous study at a similar AQF level or demonstrable equivalent experience, may on application, be provided with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer for up to 50% of a respective course. All applications for exemption or RPL will be assessed on an individual basis.For students seeking RPL based on experience only, an assessment fee applies per unit for successful applications.
