Testimonials
-
"Studying while working full-time in retail was challenging, but NCVE's flexibility made it possible. My trainer responded to my questions quickly, often in the evening when I was studying. The 80-hour placement was coordinated seamlessly. Within a month of graduating, I'd left retail for a case work role earning $20,000 more and doing work I actually care about."Sarah LCertificate III in Community Services
-
"I'd been volunteering at a family support center and wanted to formalize my skills. NCVE's trainer had real community services experience and could relate everything to actual practice. The small cohort meant I could ask sensitive questions about boundaries and self-care without feeling judged. I'm now employed at the organization where I did my placement."Rachel MCertificate III in Community Services

Why? Because we've seen too many students fall through the cracks at larger providers. At NCVE, you'll never be just another enrollment number. What Makes NCVE DifferentSmaller Cohorts, Better Results – Our student-to-trainer ratios mean you get real attention, not templated responsesResponsive Support – Questions answered in hours, not days. But we go further. We partner with employers in your area to ensure your training translates directly into employment opportunities.Support That Actually SupportsFrom your first enquiry to graduation and beyond, you'll have access to dedicated trainers, career advisors, and student support coordinators who know your name and your goals.
